		<description>I have to admit, when I got to that section that after asking what you thought were infringing uses then asked you to rate them on a 100 point scale I almost abandoned it.

Having designed a bunch of surveys myself, and having seen some go wrong, I would guess they thought about it in terms of the amount of time, not effort. It might take you 15 mins to fill out a form, but if a lot of that is your address and typing free form answers it's not as taxing as reading long lists of options that often are differentiated by only a word or two. It's not just that it's long, it's that it feels like a long test.</description>
